The attorney manages an active personal injury caseload and advances matters through research, pleadings, discovery, depositions, negotiations, mediation, and trial preparation. The work supports clients’ claims while helping the practice move cases forward effectively.

• Handle personal injury matters
• conduct legal research
• draft and respond to motions
• propound and respond to written discovery
• draft complaints
• take and defend depositions
• participate in settlement negotiations and mediations
• communicate with clients and opposing counsel
• assist with trial preparation.

Why this role
