The Customer Experience Champion – Chapman Highway role is onsite in Knoxville, TN, and pays $14 per hour plus tips. The role is based at Harper Auto Wash’s Chapman Highway facility, where team members support customer service and vehicle washing. The position exists to create a positive customer experience while helping operate the wash. Depending on the work, team members greet and assist customers, guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, explain unlimited passes, and clean vehicle interiors as part of a team.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and provide friendly service
• explain procedures and answer questions
• visually inspect and prepare vehicles
• guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel and confirm neutral
• inspect truck beds and roof racks
• perform interior window cleaning, dashboard wiping, vacuuming, and tire shining
• help clean and maintain equipment and the work area.
