DevOps & Engineering Lab Technician

Job overview

The DevOps & Engineering Lab Technician role is onsite in Chandler, AZ. Compensation is $60–$65 per hour. The position supports Arm’s Silicon Solutions Test Team, which works on 3nm process technologies and 2.5D and 3D packaging innovations. The technician maintains validation platforms, lab infrastructure, and equipment so engineers can conduct testing and development work. Equipment readiness, calibration, inventory, and hands-on support contribute to the team’s test capability and production-readiness efforts.

What you'll do

• Set up and maintain validation platforms and associated equipment
• monitor lab infrastructure and coordinate issues with Workplace and IT teams
• reconfigure validation platforms and SLT test heads according to project plans
• perform hardware rework, SMT soldering, debugging assistance, and probing
• set up, maintain, and complete SLT testing
• coordinate vendors for equipment and facility maintenance
• manage calibration plans and service contracts
• evaluate equipment and arrange demonstrations
• coordinate shipments of chips and equipment among Arm sites
• maintain inventory and order minor lab equipment and tools.
