What you'll do

• Own customer deployment from kickoff through configuration and success planning
• configure controls, test attributes, and samples
• refine controls and business context
• train and coach internal audit teams
• advise on control testing and evidence
• triage customer issues and escalate actionable details
• coordinate integrations with customer IT and GRC or ticketing systems
• share customer patterns with product and engineering
• develop playbooks and help-center content.
