Hanline & Company supplies fresh-cut, specialty, and locally grown produce to food service, retail, food manufacturing, and wholesale distribution customers. The representative serves as the operational contact for assigned customers, managing orders and communication through fulfillment and delivery. By resolving service issues, supporting account receivables, and tracking customer trends, the role helps strengthen customer relationships and retention.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned customers
• enter, validate, and manage orders, pricing, adjustments, documentation, and fulfillment requirements
• monitor orders through delivery and communicate updates or risks
• understand customer needs and identify operational challenges
• liaise with internal departments
• support accounts receivable, collections, deductions, pricing disputes, claims, and payment reconciliation
• analyze service trends
• document interactions and resolutions.
