What you'll do

• Oversee shift operations and guest experience
• maintain wash quality
• coach and supervise team members
• assign duties and manage time-off requests and absences
• maintain a clean and operational carwash facility
• inspect equipment and report repair needs
• check cash drawers and prepare deposits
• follow health and safety standards
• address guest and associate complaints
• perform operations, maintenance, and site-care duties as requested.
