What you'll do

• Serve guests
• complete opening and closing tasks
• take responsibility for the restaurant when a manager is not on duty
• direct the team
• maintain menu and product knowledge
• support restaurant stations, including the kitchen
• prepare food and complete side work
• follow cash handling, food safety, alcohol handling, storage, hygiene, uniform, and appearance procedures.
