The Server role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. Pay is $17–$18 per hour. maman is a French bakery and café serving baked goods, coffee, breakfast, and lunch, with a focus on guest service and hospitality. The server supports front-of-house operations by delivering orders, taking and entering orders, addressing guest concerns, and maintaining clean, stocked service areas. The role also assists with bussing and restocking so the café team can provide an efficient and welcoming guest experience.

What you'll do

• Run food orders to tables
• on weekends, preset tables, take guest orders, upsell thoughtfully, and recommend best-selling items
• use Toast POS and handheld devices to enter orders
• address guest concerns with support from the shift leader
• maintain clean and organized guest and team areas
• stock service stations
• conduct hourly restroom checks
• bus items and assist with bussing tubs
• replenish water and cutlery
• complete end-of-shift restocking
• collaborate with front- and back-of-house teams.

Why this role
