What you'll do

• Transport patients to designated facility areas efficiently and on time
• follow routing and scheduling instructions from the Dispatch Manager
• accompany patients inside and communicate drop-off details to the Receptionist and Dispatch Manager
• support patients and families
• protect confidential information and follow HIPAA standards
• follow safety protocols for patients and belongings
• de-escalate situations
• maintain a clean and secure work environment
• work dependably as part of the treatment team.

Why this role
