What you'll do

• Maintain cleanliness in the dish room, kitchen aisle, and dock
• break down trays
• set up and clean dish machines
• wash, sort, and store china, glassware, and silverware
• empty and wash trash cans
• clean the dock and dumpster
• clean breakdown tables, kitchen walls, and baseboards
• perform other related duties as assigned.
