What you'll do

• Provide homemaking and personal care in clients’ homes
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• help maintain a clean and safe home environment
• protect client confidentiality and personal health information
• complete required documentation accurately and on time
• attend applicable training
• follow agency policies and procedures
• communicate client needs to office personnel and help coordinate care with family members.
