Logistics Associate, Main Shift

The Logistics Associate, Main Shift role is onsite in Hickory, NC, Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Pay is $17 per hour. The role supports a local client’s manufacturing plant through shipping, receiving, material handling, and inventory control. The associate helps maintain accurate freight and inventory movement while safely transporting materials and finished products throughout the plant. The work also supports warehouse safety and compliance through required protective equipment and clean work areas.

What you'll do

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight
• inspect shipments for damage and verify bills of lading
• transport raw materials and finished products through the plant using a forklift, pallet jack, or other equipment
• conduct cycle counts, track inventory movement, and record stock status in warehouse systems
• follow plant safety rules, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean warehouse floor. Forklift certification or ability to train and certify on the job is required.
