Leasing Agent

The Leasing Agent role is onsite in Baton Rouge, LA. Compensation is not specified. The agent reports to the Property Manager and supports occupancy and resident retention. What you'll do

• Greet prospective and current residents
• conduct unit and site tours
• follow up with prospects
• process guest cards, traffic records, move-ins, and waitlists
• apply Section 42 qualification and screening guidelines
• process fees and deposits
• prepare and explain lease paperwork
• conduct market surveys
• and contact residents about renewals and recertifications.
