Senior Service Technician, Packaging Equipment

The Senior Service Technician, Packaging Equipment role is based in West Chicago, IL, with pay of $38–$50 per hour. What you'll do

• Complete field repairs and planned maintenance on customer packaging equipment
• collaborate with Sales on machinery sales
• lead large machine installations with other technicians
• document service calls, time, travel, and parts
• resolve customer equipment issues
• install equipment and train customers
• request parts
• and train new service technicians as needed.
