Material Handler, Inventory and Production Support

Job overview

The Material Handler role is onsite in Florence, KY. Pay is $20–$30 per hour. Bright Machines develops AI-enabled manufacturing and data center infrastructure using automation, machine learning, and software. The role supports production readiness by monitoring inventory, reconciling physical and system records, and coordinating material movement so project and assembly needs can be met.

What you'll do

• Assist with Clear to Build analysis to track assembly timelines and flag material shortages or surpluses
• review stock levels and inventory trends
• coordinate material transfers between headquarters and the Mexico subsidiary with the Logistics Specialist
• reconcile physical and system inventory, investigate discrepancies, and support adjustments
• review project inventory and recommend reallocation, disposal, or procurement.
