What you'll do

• Compound patient-specific TPN admixtures and prepare IV antibiotics and other sterile preparations
• perform aseptic manipulations in ISO 5 controls
• maintain compounding records and beyond-use dating
• clean and disinfect the cleanroom
• complete competency assessments
• conduct in-process and final checks under pharmacist supervision
• manage sterile compounding inventory
• support environmental monitoring
• follow garbing and hand-hygiene standards.
