What you'll do

• Perform front-office duties, assist guests, answer phones, make reservations, schedule wake-up calls, and prepare bills for next-day checkouts.
• Conduct the night audit and accounting functions, prepare and distribute daily reports, balance cash drawers, audit day-shift reports, and complete end-of-day computer functions.
• Maintain public-area appearance, respond to guest concerns, and report unusual developments to management.
