What you'll do

• Perform janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, restroom servicing, and trash removal
• assist supervisors with daily operations
• train and mentor new employees
• check assigned areas against quality standards and report deficiencies
• assist with supply inventory
• help coordinate assignments
• communicate employee concerns, maintenance issues, and customer requests
• assist with coverage during absences
• document inspections and tasks.
