Ion Exchange Operations Intern — Process Documentation and Training

What you'll do

• Shadow and interview experienced operators
• document procedures with photos, diagrams, and notes
• record equipment specifications and safety protocols
• identify common issues and resolutions
• create process flowcharts, work instructions, training manuals, and quick-reference guides
• incorporate operator feedback
• conduct training sessions with plant staff
• revise materials and document recommendations for future updates.
