What you'll do

• Achieve monthly sales targets through membership and gift card sales
• listen and respond to guest needs
• promote the wellness benefits of massage and skin therapy
• educate guests about services and products
• handle phone interactions professionally
• maintain positive relationships with team members and guests. Previous sales, retail, or guest-service experience is required.
