What you'll do

• Manage Deltek Costpoint, project accounting, and system configuration
• oversee timesheets, labor distribution, and PTO accruals
• handle government contract invoicing and vendor payments
• manage receivables, bank transactions, revenue, billing, and contract profitability
• calculate and reconcile indirect cost rates
• maintain accounts, projects, employees, and vendors
• reconcile general ledger accounts
• prepare financial statements, reporting packages, cash flow reports, budgets, and forecasts
• support inventory accounting and production reporting
• collaborate across operations, program management, HR, and executive leadership
• improve processes and controls
• prepare for DCAA audits and ensure GAAP, FAR, and DCAA compliance.
