What you'll do

• Establish and review housekeeping standards and procedures
• plan work schedules and assignments
• interview, select, hire, evaluate, and recommend termination of staff
• orient, train, develop, and supervise staff
• inspect and evaluate the facility
• coordinate housekeeping with other departments
• schedule major projects
• inventory supplies
• assist with budgets.
