The role uses performance data and customer discovery to diagnose opportunities and risks, recommend focused actions, and support adoption and retention.

What you'll do

• Build restaurant profiles and understand owner priorities
• drive setup, link insertion, activation, and adoption
• compare expected and actual performance
• diagnose performance gaps and recommend actions
• identify implementation issues, adoption gaps, churn risks, and appropriate expansion opportunities
• document success profiles
• transition stable accounts to Customer Success
• maintain CRM records and follow-up commitments.
