What you'll do

• Assist with new employee orientation, product launch education, and team skill development
• serve as Manager on Duty as needed for opening, closing, banking, and store security
• model customer service
• provide cannabis recommendations and discuss therapy goals, product effects, potency, dosing, and administration
• participate in patient intake and maintain records confidentially
• process patient orders and sales through POS
• resolve customer concerns
• maintain records in accordance with applicable Florida requirements.
