Tank Maintenance Technician

The Tank Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Stoughton, MA, with pay of $27–$30 per hour. The position supports Diesel Direct’s equipment and fleet operations alongside warehouse operations. The role maintains tanks, pumps, and related equipment while helping keep fuel-handling and warehouse operations safe, organized, and supplied. It combines hands-on yard and field service with inventory, inspections, loading, and operational support.

What you'll do

• Rebuild tanks and pumps
• load and unload tanks using a ramp truck or flatbed
• install and diagnose pumps and tank monitors
• perform field repairs and light mechanical projects
• conduct opening and closing checks and safety inspections
• inspect containment areas and address contamination
• verify tanks, valves, pumps, and emergency equipment
• maintain yard cleanliness
• prepare and track inventory
• load trucks and support emergency deliveries.
