What you'll do

• Own revenue cycle strategy and performance across professional billing, coding, claims, denials, eligibility, documentation, and related workflows
• serve as a subject matter expert in coding and billing
• establish KPIs and controls and use root-cause analysis to improve performance
• lead coding and documentation integrity and denial-prevention strategies
• partner with clinical leadership on ICD-10/HCC documentation
• evaluate payer-specific requirements and performance
• develop scalable policies, workflows, governance, and vendor oversight
• advise leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities
• lead cross-functional initiatives.
