Commercial Litigation Associate

Job overview

This attorney handles complex disputes for businesses and other clients, managing matters from discovery and motion practice through depositions, hearings, and trial preparation. The work also includes legal research, case strategy, substantive filings, and direct client communication.

What you'll do

• Handle commercial and civil litigation matters
• represent businesses and other clients in complex disputes

• draft pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, and other filings
• conduct legal research and develop case strategy
• work directly with clients.
