What you'll do

• Greet patients, visitors, and staff
• collect and verify patient identification and insurance cards
• collect and document required copayments under facility policies
• answer and direct calls and take messages
• schedule and manage appointments
• maintain accurate, confidential patient records
• assist with patient intake
• perform filing, scanning, and photocopying
• keep the front desk organized
• provide general information about the facility and its services.
