What you'll do

• Develop preventive and corrective maintenance work plans
• coordinate schedules with production
• review, prioritize, and distribute work orders
• track completion of work orders and preventive maintenance
• estimate labor, materials, and resources
• support shutdowns and equipment overhauls
• maintain FIIX CMMS data
• report maintenance metrics and costs
• manage spare-parts inventory
• lead parts and equipment procurement
• coordinate with maintenance, production, contractors, and vendors
• document procedures and work instructions
• support training and provide supervisory support when needed.
