What you'll do

  • Inspect the community and remove litter and debris
  • maintain common areas, amenities, and storage areas
  • remove trash from vacant apartments
  • complete assigned minor and routine service requests
  • assist with apartment turns
  • change locks and check pool gates
  • distribute resident notices
  • report hazards
  • respond respectfully to resident questions and complaints
  • participate in safety meetings and training.
