What you'll do

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• engage clients in conversation and recreational activities
• accompany clients on walks or community activities as assigned
• provide supervision for safety
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• prepare meals according to dietary guidelines
• shop for groceries and run errands as assigned
• follow care plans and agency policies
• observe and report changes
• document services
• report incidents or concerns
• maintain confidentiality.
