The Shift Leader role is onsite in Tacoma, WA, at the Jersey Mike’s University Place restaurant. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. What you'll do

• Lead the team during assigned shifts
• provide customer service
• prepare fresh subs to Jersey Mike’s standards
• coach and motivate crew members
• assist with training and onboarding
• maintain a clean, organized, food-safe restaurant
• monitor food quality and operational standards
• handle opening and closing duties
• assist with inventory, product rotation, and waste reduction
• address customer questions and concerns
• support restaurant managers.
