What you'll do

• Lead strategy development, organization, scheduling, communication, and execution of marketing plans for assigned sports and programs
• serve as the primary contact for marketing and gameday elements with sport program representatives and campus partners
• lead full-time employees and part-time student interns
• develop talent sourcing and training programs
• support event presentation strategies
• work with Fanalytics & Business Intelligence on research and performance
• and contribute to yield and storytelling strategies.
