What you'll do

• Answer phone calls and emails
• schedule lessons, trails, and reservations
• assist the director with staff management and oversight of clients and horses
• run children’s camps
• plan events, parties, and shows
• feed, groom, and bathe horses as needed
• clean stalls, barns, and water troughs
• distribute hay
• maintain paddocks and arenas
• assist veterinarians and farriers
• treat horses with wounds or medication needs
• participate in staff training and development.
