Project Manager II – Organizational Change Management

What you'll do

• Develop methods to intake, evaluate, prioritize, track, and execute organizational changes affecting systems, processes, and people. Establish change management frameworks, tools, and governance
• lead initiatives through adoption and long-term sustainability
• monitor readiness and effectiveness. Manage small to medium cross-functional projects, integrated plans, risks, issues, and dependencies. Partner with business leaders, maintain change calendars, report status and adoption metrics, and develop stakeholder communications. Facilitate interviews, process mapping, and requirements workshops
• analyze processes and translate business needs into implementation plans.
