What you'll do

• Coordinate daily activities of construction workers, contractors, subcontractors, and assistant superintendents
• maintain communication and hold weekly subcontractor meetings
• manage a three-week schedule, quality deficiency list, cost logs, and project documentation
• lead job-site safety meetings and maintain required safety records
• support stormwater plan compliance
• complete turnover, as-built, and punch-list closeout work.
