What you'll do

• Clean and set tables
• serve water and refill beverages
• place and replace silverware
• deliver beverages from the bartender
• stock service stations
• remove used dishes and take them to the kitchen
• assist dishwashers as needed
• clean dining areas and guest spills
• remove trash and recycling
• direct guests to facilities
• follow sanitation and safety procedures
• perform closing activities
• and, as needed, assist kitchen staff with ingredient preparation and surface cleaning.
