Billing Invoice Associate

The Billing Invoice Associate role is onsite in Columbia, MD. Compensation is $23–$28 per hour. The associate generates invoices for new and existing customers, updates work orders with technician-provided information, and responds to invoice questions. Accurate, timely invoice processing supports customer service and the company's service operations.

What you'll do

• Enter customer parts and labor information
• confirm OEM parts pricing and calculate pricing for additional materials
• answer customer invoice questions and technician calls
• update work orders
• prepare repair prices for verbal customer approval
• maintain invoice notes
• manage multiple invoices and meet timelines
• improve the invoice process.
