Ground Handling Agent – Boston Logan Airport

Job overview

The Ground Handling Agent role is onsite at Boston Logan International Airport in East Boston, Massachusetts. Pay is $23 per hour. The Landline Company connects airline passengers to major airports through premium motorcoach service in partnership with airlines, including American Airlines and Air Canada. The agent supports safe motorcoach movements and passenger transfers within the airport’s Air Operations Area. By escorting and marshaling vehicles, checking manifests and seals, and assisting passengers and luggage, the role helps coordinate the connection between ground transportation and airline travel.

What you'll do

• Operate a sedan or pickup truck within the airport Air Operations Area and ramp
• follow airport safety and traffic protocols
• escort and marshal buses and vehicles
• guide vehicles to gates and drop-off locations
• track incoming bus status
• review manifests and verify bus seals against documentation
• guide passengers during drop-offs
• assist with luggage unloading and passenger directions
• stage bags for airline handling
• maintain a visible safety presence.

Why this role

Training takes place in Framingham/Natick before deployment to Logan Airport. Shifts may start at approximately 3:30 AM any day of the week, including weekends and holidays. Requires a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, background clearance for airport access, and ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
