What you'll do

• Own onsite IT support
• manage device lifecycle and ticket queue
• maintain local network and infrastructure health
• serve as onsite IT escalation point
• support facility IT buildout and coordinate with construction and facilities vendors
• receive, stage, and deploy equipment
• enforce security tools and policies
• support CMMC Level 2 requirements
• manage local vendors, inventory, shipping, and receiving.
