What you'll do

• Perform general property repairs and maintenance, including heating and air conditioning, carpentry, electrical systems, windows, tile, floors, walls, doors, and plumbing
• prepare vacant apartments for occupancy
• paint apartments
• maintain grounds and lawn equipment
• support preventive maintenance
• organize and inventory the maintenance shop
• and remain on call for emergency weekend service calls when necessary.
