What you'll do

• Supervise, recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff
• oversee front desk and custodial operations
• maintain staff certifications and safety training
• administer policies and respond to complaints
• assist with division goals
• prepare and monitor budgets and financial reports
• manage purchases, contracts, and facility supplies
• oversee capital projects and vendor bids
• maintain facility schedules, security, maintenance, and custodial plans
• ensure licenses, inspections, and records are current
• maintain customer service and quality standards
• coordinate marketing and community activities
• complete facility reports and safety inspections
• respond to emergencies and administer first aid as needed.
