What you'll do

• Greet guests and invite them to return
• assist guests, including with seating during peak times
• process internet, phone, curbside, and to-go orders
• handle payments accurately
• maintain knowledge of the buffet menu and prices
• keep the host and cashier areas clean
• assist with buffet setup and cleaning when needed
• follow health department requirements
• balance the cash drawer with daily paperwork
• notify the manager when cash should be secured.
