What you'll do

• Cook, serve, and document meals and snacks
• arrange food and beverages for service
• follow menus and manage kitchen inventory
• maintain kitchen operations and sanitation
• collect payments
• inspect food and work areas to prevent contamination
• load carts and trays for transport between sites when assigned
• serve food to meet nutritional requirements.
