What you'll do

• Operate heat press machines to apply DTF transfers to garments
• stage, size, and lay out garments and designs
• check design placement and alignment
• perform quality checks
• trim transfers when needed
• fold finished garments
• assist with packing and shipping
• maintain production pace for daily deadlines
• keep workstations clean, organized, and safe
• report production issues or defects.
