The Universal Heavy Equipment Operator role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with pay of $30–$38 per hour. The position supports DBA Construction’s work at project sites across Arizona. The operator runs and maintains construction equipment, completes inspections and reports, and secures equipment and loads for transport. The role contributes to safe, reliable site operations and requires travel and work away from home when needed.

What you'll do

• Operate blade, GPS, dozer, mini excavator, excavator, and Gannon equipment
• inspect equipment before and after operation
• secure equipment for transport and tarp loads
• maintain fluid levels, grease equipment, and keep it clean
• complete daily inspection reports
• follow safety procedures
• travel and work away from home when required.
