The Paramedic acts as a team leader, assessing situations and utilizing specialized medical equipment to deliver high-quality patient care and assurance.

What you'll do

• Assess call situations to determine the best course of action using progressive protocols.
• Utilize medical equipment including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, and suction devices.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide information and assurance.
• Act as team leader for scene and unit management.
• Drive ambulance on 911 responses.
• Collaborate with public safety personnel and participate in community programs.
