Registered Nurse, Behavioral Health and Substance Use Care

Job overview

The Registered Nurse role is onsite in Vandalia, OH. Pay is $40–$45 per hour. The nurse provides medical and psychiatric care in a mental health and/or substance abuse treatment facility.

What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care, assessments, medication administration, and condition monitoring
• monitor withdrawal symptoms and intervene when applicable
• educate clients and families
• maintain confidential medical records
• respond to medical and psychiatric emergencies
• collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers on care plans
• and follow infection-control and facility-safety standards.
