Job overview

The Dynamics 365 Developer role is hybrid in Richmond, VA, with four days onsite per week during the first two months, followed by one day onsite per week. Pay is $124 per hour. The role supports the Virginia Department of Transportation’s enterprise application implementation and improvement. The developer leads the design, customization, implementation, and maintenance of Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform solutions. The position contributes by translating business requirements into supported applications, integrations, and process improvements in collaboration with business and IT teams.

What you'll do

• Lead technical development for Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• gather requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis
• design, configure, customize, test, deploy, and support Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications
• customize forms, views, plug-ins, workflows, and Business Process Flows
• develop components using .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and Azure
• build Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse solutions
• troubleshoot issues
• create technical documentation and prototypes
• liaise between IT and business units
• recommend technologies
• follow development standards and contribute to governance and process improvements.
