What you'll do

• Run and maintain an efficient shop
• forecast goals and manage the operating budget and daily reporting
• train, coach, and monitor technicians and support staff
• track productivity and payroll records
• manage parts orders and inventory
• review repair orders for pricing accuracy
• maintain customer and driver relationships
• inspect completed work for quality
• keep the shop and property clean, safe, and OSHA compliant
• address customer and driver complaints and follow up on service satisfaction.
